This goes WAY back!

May 3, 2016

Recently while dining at The Happy Grape, Martha Buckner (General Manager of the Ashland Symphony Orchestra) informed me that she was in the very first Little Mermaid (back in the before times!) performed at Montgomery School, and that she still had her Goldfish costume!  Yes, Goldfish ... and as I recall we also had Lobsters in that production.  Well that makes more sense than Goldfish!  We had a wonderful time reminiscing about the early days, and she even convinced me (usually camera shy) to take this photo with her.  Thanks, Martha, for the memory.  Your costume will go into the archives.  Wonder if it is bright enough!  Florescent Orange!  ~Hellie
