10th Annual Cabin Fever Show

March 11 & 18 at 2pm at the Opus Rehearsal Hall on 2nd Street in Ashland

• General admission tickets are $5 at the door.
• Doors open at 1:30pm

On Sunday March 11 Ashland Regional Ballet will present the first in its annual Cabin Fever Concert series - performances designed to entertain the young and the young at heart.  The show will be repeated on March 18.  All performances are at 2pm at the Opus Rehearsal Hall on 2^nd Street in Ashland.  General admission tickets are $5 and are available at the door.  Doors open at 1:30pm. (Opus Rehearsal Hall is not handicap accessible.)

The dancers will perform a program in a variety of styles with classical ballet and pointe shoes as the starting place.  The program quickly progresses to contemporary styles including fast-paced tap and jazz dances.  Choreography is by Founder/Executive Director Hellie Schussler, Artistic Director Sarah Cyders, School Director Ann Marie Benshoff-Todd, current ARB Senior Katie Harrigan, and ARB Alumni Sarah Kramer Everhart. 

In addition to the energetic performances by Ashland Regional Ballet and students from Opus II Dance Studio, this special performance includes a free dance lesson in which children from the audience will be invited to participate.  Children are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for dancing.
